Job Description

As the customer Service officer, you will be the face of Garden Village. Bring your outstanding customer service skills and passion for helping others to support the delivery of essential services to our aged care community.

The Customer Service Officer will warmly welcome our Residents, clients and visitors, ensuring they feel supported from the moment they step through our doors. Other duties include (but are not limited to) answering and triaging phone calls, coordinating courier deliveries and mail distribution, assisting with Village functions and providing administrative support to the Garden Village Executive Team.

Desired Skills and Experience

The ideal Candidate will bring to the role:

  • Excellent Customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to problem solve and multi-task with confidence
  • Sound knowledge of Windows and MS Office applications and a willingness to learn
  • Relevant training and experience in administration in a fast-paced environment – ideally in a health or aged care setting.
